Case Results

Several years ago a man in Philadelphia pled guilty to a simple assault and reckless endangerment for a negotiated sentence of four years of probation. In the three years that followed, he completed many of the terms and conditions, but was having trouble finding suitable work and his ability to travel was seriously limited. To improve his situation and hopefully visit his ill mother, he contacted Fienman Defense.
