Man Not Suspended In Pennsylvania After Philadelphia DUI Charge

Jan 22 2016, by Michael Fienman in Alcohol, Case Results, DUI

A man was charged with a Philadelphia DUI after attending a wedding in Neptune Township, New Jersey. The 28-year-old IT consultant was looking for an experienced Pennsylvania attorney who was also licensed in New Jersey. Worried he would lose his license in Pennsylvania, he hired DUI attorney Michael Fienman to his case and address the licensing implications that were associated with the charges he was facing.

Attorney Fienman reviewed the case and got to work. Using his legal experience in both states, he was able to successfully ensure that the man’s driver’s license would not be suspended in Pennsylvania. The man is not legally allowed to drive in New Jersey for the next 12 months but was relieved to see such an outcome that allows him to drive in Pennsylvania and all 48 other states.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
