No Points in Rockledge for Failing to Stop at a Stop Sign

Feb 10 2017, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Traffic Defense

A man in Rockledge Borough was recently pulled over and cited for failing to stop at a stop sign. This is a three-point traffic violation in Pennsylvania and to prevent any irreparable harm to his driving record, he searched for a capable Pennsylvania traffic attorney. He retained Philadelphia traffic lawyer Michael Fienman, who used his expansive network of relationships to have the initial violation of failing to acknowledge a stop sign amended to a no point violation. This adjustment resulted in the payment of a small fine, but more significantly he won’t see a negative impact on his driving record from additional points.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
