Speeding Violation of 22 MPH Over Legal Limit Reduced To Zero Point Offense

Apr 01 2016, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Traffic Defense

Philadelphia traffic lawyer Michael Fienman recently represented a 40-year-old manager of a retail store on the Main Line who was caught exceeding the 25 mph speed limit by 22 mph. As a habitual speeding offender and facing the severity of four points on her record, the woman once again chose the representation of Michael Fienman in her serious traffic case.

Attorney Fienman was able to waive her presence in court. Upon successful negotiations, Fienman was able to reduce her speeding violation of 22 mph over to a zero point citation. Our client was required to pay a fine of approximately $125 but otherwise was not affected.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
