A Philadelphia man’s license to carry a gun was suddenly revoked after the state discovered he was allegedly involved in a domestic dispute several years ago. Believing he unfairly lost his gun rights, he hired Attorney Michael Fienman to pursue an appeal.

Attorney Fienman presented evidence to the Philadelphia city solicitor that the criminal case in question had been dismissed. By showing a clear lack of evidence or reason to revoke his client’s firearm privileges, the city agreed to restore the gun permit license.
