Casino Trespassing Charge Dismissed Through Summary Diversion

May 08 2020, by Michael Fienman in Arson & Property Crimes, Case Results, Criminal Defense, Disorderly Conduct

Not long ago, a man contacted Fienman Defense after he was charged with defiant trespassing at a local Philadelphia casino. Apparently, he had been struggled with gambling addiction and placed himself on an exclusion list, barring him from entering the property.

However, after some time, he re-entered the casino which alerted security. To deal with the situation, attorney Fienman negotiated with everyone involved and had his client admitted into a summary diversion program.

After attending a class and paying a $200 fine, the trespassing charge was dismissed and automatically expunged.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
