A college student from North Carolina was in Philadelphia attending the Made In America Festival and was charged with public drunkenness. While at the concert, the underage student was caught drinking an alcoholic beverage, thus, resulting in her underage alcohol charge.

Attorney Michael Fienman represented the young woman and took control of her serious alcohol offense. By successfully enrolling her into a summary diversion class and after paying a $200 fee, her case was eligible for expungement, thereby leaving her with an unstained record.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
