Case Results

After a tragic accident left a high school boy paralyzed, a juvenile client faced criminal charges just before his 18^th birthday. The case was resolved favorably in the juvenile system when attorney Fienman negotiated a probation agreement. Just a few years later, the case was successfully expunged from the juvenile’s record.
