Philadelphia criminal defense attorney Michael Fienman previously represented a man on a number of charges and recently received another call from the same 40-year-old man. He was charged again with soliciting prostitutes and chose Michael Fienman to represent him once more. The man was married with children and works in the Philadelphia area.

This was the second soliciting prostitutes charge our client had faced within a very short period of time. Through negotiations with the Commonwealth, Fienman saw to it that the man would go through a program that required sex addiction classes for treatment. Once he finished the course and paid his fines, the matter would be eligible for expungement.

Ultimately, our client pled no contest to the charge of soliciting prostitutes and the judge held the case for probation without a verdict. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, Fienman was able to file for expungement and remove the entire incident from his client’s record. Because of the attorney-client privilege, our client’s wife was not provided any information about the case and his marriage remains intact.
