Several Charges Dismissed after Crashing Dirt Bike into Cop Car

The charges stemmed from an incident where the client allegedly crashed a stolen dirt bike into a police car in Philadelphia following a high speed police chase.
After discussing the matter with his client and reviewing the police paperwork that purported to establish probable cause, attorney Michael Fienman knew police lacked sufficient evidence against his client. Mr. Fienman was able to have the case entirely dismissed at the preliminary hearing.
