16 Charges Reduced, Probation in Doylestown Theft Case

Jan 25 2024, by Michael Fienman in Case Results, Criminal Defense, Theft

A client in Doylestown was charged with 16 counts of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property. He was charged after allegedly breaking into a coffee shop and stealing the nitrous oxide refill canisters inside. Attorney Fienman quickly got to work on behalf of his client to reduce the charges, and the client only pled guilty to one count of criminal trespass and one count of theft by unlawful taking. Both offenses are misdemeanors; the client was sentenced to probation and didn’t have to pay restitution.
