When confronted with over three years in federal prison for fraud in an alleged multi-million-dollar scheme, he contacted attorney Michael Fienman. Because of the significant dollar amount of the scheme, when it came time for the client to be sentenced, the guidelines did not favor the client and he was facing significant time behind bars. Instead of a certain and overly harsh prison term, our client had to pay restitution at a reasonable rate, serve eight months of house arrest, and adhere to the conditions of supervised release.
