A Florida-licensed truck driver received a traffic violation from Pennsylvania state police for driving 68 in a 55 mph zone. While this level of speeding may sound harmless to many, Pennsylvania troopers take it seriously when 18-wheelers are speeding down the I95 expressway.

The CDL truck driver was facing points on her license not only from her home state but also the federal Department of Transportation that tracks CDL drivers. These points threatened her licensure as well as her insurance rates and ability to gain employment.

Attorney Fienman negotiated to reduce the citation to a non-moving violation. That means nothing about the incident will be reported to her home state or the federal database.
