A Haverford College student was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after an incident in Lower Merion Township.

Attorney Fienman secured the student’s acceptance into an alternative adjudication program, allowing the charges to be dismissed upon completion of 21 hours of community service. The case was then expunged, ensuring no impact on future job applications.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
