In Bucks County, a New Jersey driver was charged with DUI after police observed him driving on flat tires and eventually on rims, prompting a traffic stop. Upon further investigation, the police officer noted that the driver had scratches along the side of his vehicle, branches and debris were also attached to it. Allegedly, the driver had struck numerous trees, bushes and shrubs alongside the road and was heavily intoxicated when confronted by the police outside of New Hope.
Despite the alleged motor vehicle accident and property damage, Attorney Fienman secured his acceptance into the ARD diversionary program, which allowed him to avoid jail time and ultimately have the charge expunged. While his license was suspended in Pennsylvania, he was able to maintain a valid New Jersey driver’s license and continue driving in 49 other states.
