A couple faced drug and firearm-related charges after a suspected gas leak led authorities to discover a marijuana grow tent and an unsecured firearm collection. Because of Mr. Fienman’s involvement, only one of them was prosecuted for marijuana cultivation and related offences which spared the other from being charged.
Ultimately, Attorney Fienman argued personal use and negotiated entry into the ARD program for the client facing charges. In the end, the case was successfully expunged, and all of the expensive firearms were returned.
