A client was in Philadelphia from Maryland when he was rear ended. When the police showed up at the scene, they charged Attorney Fienman’s client with a DUI even though he hadn’t been the one to cause the accident. This was the client’s first offense.
Attorney Fienman successfully negotiated for his client to be admitted into the ARD program. Upon successful completion, hewill be eligible to have the case expunged from his record.
