A retired band director was served with a temporary Protection From Abuse (PFA) order in Delaware County after his ex-wife alleged he had engaged in threatening behavior. The accusations stemmed from an incident where he visited her home (15 years after the divorce was finalized) with flowers and a card, hoping to reconcile.
Attorney Fienman contested the PFA in court and successfully had the matter dismissed, preventing any lasting legal consequences for the client.
