Out-of-State Driver Avoids Careless Driving Points After an Accident

Now confronted with a three-point violation and any collateral consequence to his Georgia driving record, attorney Fienman handled the matter and appeared on his client’s behalf. Without the client needing to return to PA, attorney Fienman plead to a no-point (non moving) violation, which had no negative impact on his home state’s license.
